By signing up for one of these programs, we guarantee that your gutters will function properly and will assure that property is properly protected.
Gutter Care
Two cleanings per year – one in the spring and one in the fall. We also clean them as necessary in between to ensure clean gutters. The spring cleaning includes removal of streaks outside the gutter.
Cleanings include:
- Clearing roof of leaves/pine needles
- Cleaning + flushing of all gutters & downspouts
- Check Pitch – making minor adjustments as needed
- Reconnecting downspouts, elbows & extensions
- Replacing missing or damaged extensions
- Properly sealing end caps and minters
- Adding splash blocks where missing in landscape beds
- Adding downspout hinges
- Assuring that water isn’t wrapping behind the gutter
- Writing a detailed report with each site visit.
Gutter Care Plus
Gutter Care Plus offers the ultimate protection. Roof maintenance needs are included during the winter, such as ice dam removal and roof raking. Gutter Care Plus provides complete piece of mind.
Gutter Care Lite
Gutter Care Lite includes the same basic items as detailed under The Gutter Care Program, however we clean the gutters twice a year, Spring and Fall. If additional cleaning is require between services, we offer these at a discounted rate.
Gutter Care Super Lite
Gutter Care Super Lite is for those customers who only need one cleaning a year – primarily in the Fall. It’s our basic service. It covers a cleaning and flushing of the interior of the gutters. If additional cleanings are required, we offer these at a discounted rate.
